1. Students are permitted to wear student uniform or polite dress.
• Shirt that covers shoulders (no sleeveless shirt, no spaghetti straps, no strapless, etc.)
• Long trousers, Proper shoes (no sandals, no flip-flops, no slippers, etc.)
• Attire that does not reveal any part of the body (no ripped shirt, no ripped jeans, etc.

2. Students will be asked to show their Thammasat University Student ID Card on entry for verification purpose and must display the card on their desk during examination.

3. Only exam papers, student ID card and stationery are allowed on the exam desk. (Pencil case must be kept under the examiner’s chair)

4. Any books, papers, learning materials and personal belongings must be left in the place where the proctor directs.

5. Students are not allowed to bring any written or printed matter, except instructed otherwise. If found during the exam, the examiner will be automatically taken as cheating.

6. Students should keep valuable possessions (wallet/passport/mobile phone) with them, but they must be placed on the floor, directly under the chair. All kinds of electronic devices brought into the examination room must have all functions switched off.

7. PBIC doesn’t guarantee the safekeeping of students’ possessions in anycircumstances, inside or outside examination rooms.

8. Students are not allowed to enter the room after 30 minutes have passed; latecomers will not be given any extra time for the examination.

9. Students are permitted to leave the room after 45 minutes have passed.

10. Students must stop writing or filling in the answer sheet after the proctor has announced the expiration of time.

11. Under all circumstances, students are not allowed to communicate with another student during exam time, except through the proctor.

12. Students will not be readmitted to the examination room after they have left unless, during the full period of their absence, they have been under approved supervision.

13. Bathroom visits are allowed one student at a time and must be under the approved supervision of the proctor.
