PBIC STUDENT COMMITTEE

All of whom are popularly elected by PBIC students. They are the representatives of PBIC students in order to create activities, manage the student activity budget and participate in any meeting for the sake of all PBIC Students.

Tenure: 1 year Election Period: October

STUDENT ACTIVITY BUDGET

Guidelines for a request of the student activity budget

  1. Students must contact the student committee in advance, at least 30 working days before the activity date.
  2. If the student committee approves the activity, the student must write a proposal to the student committee.
  3. The proposal must be sent to the PBIC Student Affairs department at least 15 working days before the activity date.
  4. Students must be ready to answer inquiries and adjust the proposal when requested.
  5. If the proposal gets approval from PBIC staff, students must propose the project proposal to PBIC executives by themselves.
  6. If the proposal gets approval from PBIC executives, the student shall receive the budget within 2 weeks.
  7. Students must collect any evidence, assessment or etc. following advice from the student committee and PBIC staff.

REQUEST A ROOM FOR STUDENT ACTIVITY

  1. Students must contact PBIC staff at the office in advance at least 2 days before the activity date.
  2. PBIC shall consider a request. if it got approved, there would be no charge for using a room.
  3. PBIC room will be available only from 08.00 am – 7 pm.
